Crocheted Hello Cthulhu

October 25th, 2010 · Leave a Comment

I’ve been having a lot of fun playing around with variations on the pattern to make Chefthulhu and Cythulhu. I’ve also made a larger version of the Cuddly Cthulhu pattern (pics to come). So when someone asked if I could make a hybrid Hello Kitty/Cthulhu, I went for it:

It was surprisingly easy, the bow is a bit of extra work but it turned out to be straightforward. The one in the picture was made for a toddler whose two favorite toys in the world are Hello Kitty and her dad’s Cthulhu models.

I’m not going to be keeping these in stock, but I’ve put a commission a Hello Cthulhu listing in my store. It’s a great Christmas present for anyone who’s into bows and eldritch beings!
